I decided to take the weekend off from doing Shred just because I still have this horrible cold and because we did so much running around and cleaning this weekend. I felt like it would have just made me sicker to do Shred on top of it.
I also didn't eat so great. I was still conscious of the food choices I made and didn't go over board but I did have Rubios for lunch on day and pizza for dinner.
I plan to get back on board tomorrow first thing. The good news is that I weighed myself today and have lost two pounds!! Thank you to everyone for your support!
