Woke up again sore and with somewhat of a sore throat. But I thought I am not going to let my sore throat and muscle aches get me down so I popped an Advil and felt better. I made it through day 3 Shred. There were parts of the video today where I was saying, "I hate you Jillian this is too hard," but I muddled through it.
I ate pretty good today. I had a Venti Starbucks Iced Coffee with Sugar Free Carmel and non fat milk and also a bowl of oatmeal. For lunch I had a Lean Cuisine Pesto Chicken Flatbread that was sooo good and for dinner I am having homemade fried rice. I also had a protein shake and some fruit today.
I am feeling pretty good energy wise. Am looking forward to tomorrow.

Wow.. I guess we are really sisters! LOL! I ate so similar to you. I had a starbucks iced coffee too with sugar free carmel and nf milk. I also had a bowl of oatmeal-with blueberries and bannanas. For lunch I had a lean cusine too! Are you having any small snacks? Or just going threw the day? You need to eat 5 small meals.
