Well today I woke up feeling still yucky from this cold. I was grump and just not feeling it. But I did get Shred in but honestly I only gave it 50-60%...I just didn't have it in me to give it my all today. I didn't want to make myself sicker but I feel good that I at least did it.
It got me thinking about the biggest loser. You know they push those people and you know they have to get bad colds or sick...I bet you they make them workout even when they are sick. So I realized I could do it too.
I ate pretty good my normal iced coffee, egg white and cheese mcmuffin, and salad for lunch but then for dinner we got pizza. I ate a little less than I usually do but I still enjoyed it.
