Day 4- Check

So I woke up today feeling like crap...I had the worst sore throat and a dry cough. Then my step son missed his bus because he woke up late so I had to take him to school. Addison, my little girl was already awake but I had to wake Logan, my 3 year old up. If you know how kids are when you have to wake them up then you know how my morning was. Needless to say I was struggling to make it till nap time. Finally the time came and I put them both down. I sooo did not want to do Shed today but I found myself lacing my shoes and putting the DVD in. I could just hear Jackie in my head, "Mind over body."

It was a tough workout but I made it through. Whew! And now I feel better that I did. I'm trying not to over do it the rest of the day so I can get rid of this cold.

I ate pretty well today...iced coffee for breakfast with an egg white and cheese English muffin then a Lean Cuisine for lunch. Not sure yet what I'll do for dinner. Snacked on apples and a protein shake too.

  2. It is weird when you feel better after you work out. But, I love to do a low key workout wehn I am under the weather. Even if it is a walk. Congrats on getting it in. I hope you have a better day.
