I made it through Shred day #2! I was soo super sore today that I could barely carry Addison down the stairs. Jackie, the leader of my online Shred support group suggested taking an Advil for the muscle soreness. I took an Advil 45 minutes before I worked out and man it made a difference. I was able to endure and really push myself through the video.
Again tonight I have had more energy than I normally do and I am loving it! I ate pretty good today. Today is the 2nd day in a row that I have got Dunkin Donuts new Egg White, Cheese, English Muffin. I got it with my morning iced coffee with non fat milk and sugar free Carmel. It was good and kept me super full all morning. I tried to eat well the rest of the day. I also am trying to eat very little to no sugar, only diet soda, no food after 7:30pm and up my water intake.
Watched the Biggest Loser tonight. That show always motivates me. Makes me want to get down and do some push ups or get on my elliptcal for awhile.

ReplyDeleteI DVR-ed The Biggest Loser and watched it last night after my Day 1 workout. What an inspiration! I love that this show is on while I am pursuing my weight loss.
